One notices that you have your own style and go through it. From my point of view, that's very important for an artist. I (personally) really love your style.
In my opinion, the girl is very pretty c: The details you drew are amazing. Everything is very detailed, but the details are always different, making the picture interesting, exciting to look at.
Furthermore, the lines are vey subtle and accurate. You also varied the thickness and I especially like how you drew the structure of her hair.
You shaded amazingly good. The folds in her dress are awesomely done! This way, you got your picture more realistic. On the other side, the anatomy of the girl isn't very realistic but it belongs to your style.
Moreover, her facial expression turned out very good.
The frame is awesome. The contrast to the white background makes the picture more interesting especially because the girl isn't restricted by the frame but she exceeds it.
The atmosphere of your picture is gentle and kinda calming.
All in all, your picture seems professional and is done very good! I love looking at it and always discovering something new.
